Description of Duties:

The primary responsibility of a shop service technician is to perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer's heavy construction and mining equipment within the branch facility. Repairs should be accurate and must meet customers "time" requirements.  Additional requirements are the timely completion of required paperwork for customer and warranty billings. Shop tech will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems through readings from schematics.

Major Activities:

• Maintenance & repair to machines
• Attention to customer requirements
• Troubleshooting
• Administrative duties to include provide documentation for customer & warranty billings

Your immediate supervisor is the Branch Service Manager.
