Description of Duties:

The primary responsibility as a parts counter sales person is to identify and satisfy both internal and external customer needs for replacement parts, specific whole goods, supplies and service repairs.

In order to carry out the responsibilities of this position, this person should demonstrate and master good communication skills, product knowledge and professionalism in the conduct of business. This person should be familiar with all makes, models, components and nomenclature of parts for all O.E.M. and supply vendor products marketed by the company. Be able to ascertain the requirements of both internal and external customers and make every attempt to fill those needs as efficiently as possible.

Your immediate supervisor is the Parts Manager.
